We offer a complete range of methods for window, cladding and surface cleaning and will advise as to the most appropriate method in each circumstance.

All our operatives are CSCS, PASMA and IPAF approved on all access equipment. Including the use of: 

Specialised ladders providing access up to a height of 6m, water-fed poles where obstructions make the use of ladders impossible and for access over 10m, use of harness safety bolts, cradles and hydraulic platforms suitable for external access to all types of buildings up to heights of 60 metres. 

Water-fed Poles
Normally used where obstructions make ladder use impossible or for access to 10 metres plus. Our pole system can be fed with just water or with strong cleaning agents where they are required (followed by a water rinse). 

Ladders
Using specialised ladders we can access windows up to a height of 6 metres. Should ladders be the only way to access the building you can rest assured that all of our ladders have been fitted with anti-slip safety devices, and all operatives have been trained to use them safely. 

Harness Safety Eye Bolts
If your building has eyebolt fixings then our operatives are fully trained to use these with harnesses (BS EN363) and safety lanyards (BS EN363) (Work Restraint, Fall Arrest & Work Positioning) to clean the parts of your building where normal access is awkward or unsafe. 

Cradles
If your building has a cradle runway system then our operatives are fully trained and insured to use this system of access, once onsite training / formulisation has been carried out by the cradle engineers. 

Hydraulic platforms
We utilise a range of platforms suitable for external access to all types of buildings up to heights of 60 metres. We will advise you as to safety concerns and will take care of any traffic management issues with the police or local authorities.
